FAQ's

What prices will I get?
There is no fixed discount; prices are calculated from cost to ensure they are accurate. The average saving from our already competitive shops is more than 10%.

Do you have a price list?
It is not practical for us to print a list as prices change too regularly, all our quotations are calculated on request to ensure accuracy.

Can I have an account?
Our credit account is available to (subject to acceptance) any genuine business with a need for electrical products, subject to satisfactory credit and trading references.

 

Can I buy cash with order?
Yes you can.

Do you charge for carriage?
Most of our products include basic drop off delivery however some consignments, due to the nature of their size or weight, may incur carriage, which will be discussed.

Do you keep everything in stock?
We’d love to say yes and do everything we can to forward order masses of the good models but often manufacturers run out of the best of the best. Over the past year too for some reason whole products groups are short (lately when manufacturer switches factories).

 

How long will it take to be delivered?
- Items in East Anglia will normally be delivered in 2-3 days.
- Small carrier items will arrive next day (if ordered before midday).
- Standard national delivery of large items travel on a rota area two man service. 3-9 days.
- Urgent national delivery is next day but will incur additional charge.
- Bulk deliveries are normally undertaken by our own articulated or 7t lorries and are arranged for when you need.

New branch - Colchester

We are pleased to announce the opening of the latest trade branch, based in Colchester Tollgate Centre. With our loading bay just 3 minutes from the A12 (Stanway junction) and plenty of stock carried for quick fixes we are keen to impress. Five new team members in Norwich

The Norwich trade team has been thoroughly reinforced with no less than five new sales and support personnel. A hearty welcome to Alister, Liam, Daniel, Heidi and Lucy (who all have solid previous experience dealing with trade customers requiring electricals) have joined their new colleagues in the Norwich offices. Increased Delivery Capacity - Chelmsford

A warm welcome to Ian who joins us as delivery driver working out of Chelmsford depot. It's great news for customers of Chelmsford and in and around the M25 as they will benefit from increased delivery slots and additional contact capacity as Simon joins the team in the office to assist the team with recent dramatic growth.
